Thanks to Susan we have sold our old house and are moving into our new home tomorrow. She has worked so hard for us and was very dedicated. She is just fabulous! Thanks to her, we have a wonderful house that we are certain is problem and worry free. Susan was a pit bull and kept on top of the Sellers agent to ensure that all of the repairs were completed, copies of receipts were supplied, inspections, surveys ..... everything was done beautifully. I recently moved to Huntersville as part of a relocation with Wachovia. Kathy Sanders contacted me through the Relocation department to get some idea of what I was looking for in Charlotte. I told her I was concerned about school district and would like an agent who had children or was at least familiar with the schools. She chose Susan Lynch for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I have dealt with about 5 agents in the past in Raleigh when buying and selling homes. None of them can hold a candle to the service that I received from Susan. From the first phone call that I received from her, I knew I was in good hands. She sent me all kinds of information prior to meeting with her to look at homes. The information fit the criteria that I asked for exactly. Once I found the home that I wanted to purchase, she took care of every detail. She was always looking out for me and my best interest. She handled everything from inspection issues to closing.
I am sure you are aware of the excellent job she does but I just wanted to email you to tell you again! I am not unpacked yet so the thought of ever moving again makes me want to cry- but if I did- Susan will be the first person I call.

We just sold our house in Rocky River Crossing in November. We used Susan with the Allen Tate agency. Susan lives in Harrisburg and is one of, if not the most knowledgeable Realtor in this area. She has a strong background in buying and selling houses in Rocky River Crossing.
When you hire Susan, you will find that she is extremely thorough in her evaluation of your home and the existing market. It is a very difficult time to sell your home and Susan will 're-invent' your listing, if necessary, to keep it current and interesting to potential buyers as time passes.
Surprisingly, one of the most important reasons for having a Realtor is to ensure that there are no surprises during the closing process. The time between when you receive an offer and when the house closes brings many people into your home who may mis-represent it to your buyers. This includes the buyers' agent, inspectors, appraisers, etc. Susan meets, in person, with each of these individuals to ensure that they have all of the facts about your home and that they are prepared to make correct statements about your house.
In addition to Susan, you are backed and supported by the Allen Tate agency. Obviously we were extremely happy with our decision to use Susan.
